With more than 35 years of experience in the legal field, Susan C. Faris brings a lifetime of knowledge, professionalism, and compassion to Faris Legal Documents, LLC.
Susan began her legal career as a Judicial Assistant, gaining firsthand experience within the Arizona Superior Court system. After leaving the court, she continued to grow professionally, working her way into the role of Paralegal and developing extensive experience in legal document preparation and the day-to-day realities of the legal process.
For more than 15 years, Susan has focused on estate planning and family law, helping individuals navigate important life events and the paperwork that comes with them. Her experience has taught her that legal matters aren't simply about forms and documents—they are about people, families, relationships, and important decisions that can affect the rest of a person's life.
Susan is an Arizona native and is proud to call Sun City home. As a resident of this close-knit retirement community, she saw an opportunity to provide something meaningful to the people around her: professional legal document preparation that is accessible and affordable.

Susan's professional experience is complemented by her own life experiences. As a single mother who raised four children, she understands the responsibilities, challenges, and unexpected turns that life can bring. Today, she is a proud grandmother of seven grandchildren.
Those experiences have reinforced something she has learned throughout her career: life doesn't always follow a straight line, and sometimes people simply need someone who will listen, treat them with dignity, and help them take the next step.
Beyond the Office
When Susan isn't working with clients, you'll often find her expressing her creative side. She enjoys painting and refinishing furniture, reupholstering pieces, and exploring interior design.
She also shares her home with Mozart, her beloved Shih Tzu.
Why Mozart?
The answer is a little piece of family history. Susan inherited her grandmother's grand piano, and when she was choosing a name for her black-and-white dog, she thought of the black and white keys of the piano. Mozart seemed like the perfect name.
It's a small story, but it reflects something about Susan—she values family, creativity, history, and the personal details that make life meaningful.
